Reelage conducts online events and competitions falling under the mentioned categories. Their web portal www.reelage.com is a hub of talent space. Their concept is new, fresh and extremely engaging. By organizing several talent competitions, Reelage has marked its way as a global digital online talent stage.

Problem Faced

The concept of their competition involved user registrations, bulk video uploading, high driven video quality with vast bandwidth consumption, the response of users in the forms of likes, comments, shares, votes and views. Their team managed it manually. All this required an automated solution. Gathering every detail for every competition was a major part of their business modal. Furthermore, securing and maintaining services alongside a large amount of web traffic on the website was also part of the challenges involved.

Project Goal

Creating a web portal with automated solutions such as uploading bulk videos, registered users details. Acquiring video responses automatically in the form of views, votes, likes and shares for every competition.

Solution Provided

Duple IT Solutions was extremely excited to offer a digital solution to talent builders like Reelage. After gathering their requirements, our team prepared a flow of how their web portal must be. Keeping the tiny essential points in mind, we ended up with a good looking web portal using our drafted flowcharts and wireframes. Simultaneously, we also worked upon the logic implementation of the bulk videos on the portal platform itself.

Automatic video upload with thumbnail images, calculations of participant's video likes, votes, shares and comments was successfully implemented within their solution. A major emphasis was also led on securing high driven quality for videos, and maintaining services for ongoing vast traffic on the web portal.
